When my Visa was charged the day of my order at airfreetires.com, I thought it was a good sign that my order would be delivered well within the 10 business days they predict on their site's ellaborate delivery process explanation page. After over a month of waiting I attempted to call the number blatantly listed on their homepage without any answer other than an automated message telling me the mailbox was full. The phone didn't even ring.

Since my order date of July 3 I have had no success getting through on phone nor being updated with any further information about my order through the online help ticket process. I unfortunately did not give enough credence to the previous reviews on this site because there are hardly any suppliers of solid bicycle tires in the world and I had not at that point found anywhere else to get them. I know better now to ensure that any time I order from a seller for the first time, I make sure the seller's listed phone number will actually be answered on the other end. An authentic website appearance is no match for an invalid phone number no matter how pretty the font for the bad number is.
