Carlos scam! Rip-off!

I orderd an "authentic autographed" football helmet three months ago and never received it. They contacted me once saying they received payment and would be shipping it out. After a month I tried e-mailing them again and never heard anything back. I've tried calling to no avail. A recording comes on Everytime saying they are busy with other customers, and with all the complaints I've read over the web I find that very unlikely! The are scam artists and owe me $644.33
