Better baseball
Took money. Did not send item. Cannot cancel or get refund. Do Not order from them!

Placed an order for a bat supposedly in stock to ship within 48 hours per betterbaseball.com. After 5 days decided to follow up on status and got no response. Then decided to cancel order via email and voicemail since no one answered their phone. Have yet to get a response to any of my communications. Better baseball needs better customer service. I have submitted a claim with Paypal concerning this transaction and Betterbaseball has not responded. Do not take a chance on buying from these people. Baseballbats is a much more honest company to deal with. I already got the same bat from them and within 2 days.
