Allen.network Technology Co. Ltd Will not send a form for returning item not satisfactory

When I placed this order for running shoes with this company, it never said that it was located in another country and I had no idea until the post office callled me and let me know that I had to sign for it. I opened it, went to try them on and pulled the shoestrings tight and one of the eyelets ripped and they also did not fit anyway. I went thru the only proces that was an option for me and have had only bad feedback. I want to return them and can only talk with this place thru some "Open Support Ticket" I have told them what I want to do, return these shoes and have my account credited but they only respond back to me with other alternatives and will not do as I ask. I have no phone number to contact anyone and no address to write them. I have ordered on-line for several years and have never had this kind of treatment before. They can consider themselves lucky that I cannot go there in person and if the entire country suffered an earthquake, it wouldn't bother me a bit.
