Not standing behind their low price gurantee

They promote 110% low cost guarantee. We continued a "get it done all" journey and settled $109 per person. The folks before us settled $20 per person. I approached the organization as well as their reaction was these were "relatives" of the dog owner who obtained "free" day-but were spending $20 an item for fees and gas. Didn't STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISE one iota!!! I actually donot care if these folks were relatives, buddies, associates, etc. Of the dog owner - they got a cheeper price and thus the corporation must remain behind their low cost guarantee. False advertising.
