I purchased a brand new scooter the day I bought it the trunk flew of 10 miles after purchase. Two days later they replaced the trunk now two weeks later and 100 miles later trunk flew off and broke again. After running back on a dangerous road to retrieve the broken trunk it was clear what happened it came lose again because there techs have no clue what a lock washer is, come guys this is grade school stuff. When apporached to fix it I was told to "eat it" and I should be checking all nuts and bolts there techs put on because they come lose
