Billing with out a contract

ASF Worldwide simply sent me a statement for 360.00 bucks when my gym agreement went out-last September. I've been spending every month once we applied the gym. I'venot applied the gym in a few months and not received a statement possibly, and that I never closed a brand new agreement with my gym. And I never closed a with ASF Worldwide, however now all a quick I receive a statement after 3 months that we WOn't spend the corporation I'venot utilized the gym in weeks and do not intend to again. If anybody knows of any legitimate motion or class-action law-suits from this organization I'd prefer to understand?
