Air Soft Gun Battle Zone Worst Experience Ever! Beware, they ripped me off!

I sent my son's airsoft gun to the airsoftgunrepair.com for cleaning. Some bbs had degraded inside and it needed to be cleaned out. Their website claims $29.99 for guaranteed 5 day repairs. Once they got our air soft gun, they said the air soft gun needed two new parts. The new parts ran over $30. I didn't think any parts were broken but figured they must need to be replaced. They also charge $45 for "shipping & handling.' All told, the repair cost over $100. Shipping the gun to them cost me around $20. So, I was into this for around $120, right about what a new gun would cost.

I agreed to the charge, gave them a credit card and then heard nothing from them for a month when my gun arrived. After two weeks, I called and emailed to get a status. The people at airsoftgunrepair.com NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! They are probably afraid to because they are so horrible!

When I opened the box, the gun was there but the battery and cartridge were missing. I immediately called them but they didn't answer so I emailed them. I continued to call all day and the next and always got a machine. Two days later they finally emailed me back that they had three employees out sick and this was their busy time which was why the gun was delayed. They also said the battery and cartridge were in the box.

I opened the box when it finally arrived, I checked it twice. My son checked it twice. I still have the box. There is no battery pack or cartridge. The gun is now useless.

Air soft gun repair has caused much heartbreak for my son and me. They are despicable.

This company cares nothing about customer service and is impossible to speak with. The only time we spoke was when they called to get a credit card for the repair.

I have contacted my bank to charge-back the charge.
