4 pairs of Air Jordans since Nov. 2010. Not receive

Since Nov. 1, I've ordered 4 pairs of air Jordans which was a 2 for 1 deal. I've read all the shipping policies and waited about 3 weeks to check on my order. I've sent couple emails for the two separate orders. The respond back was "Hi Juan, sorry for the delay. Your shoes have been back order. We should be shipping them early next week. We are sorry for the inconvenience. You will receive a tracking number as soon as they ship." I've receive the same email for the two different emails I've composed. The next week I've waited for an email back but not a single one. I was frustrated at this point and sent an email wondering where my shoes are. I have not receive an email ever since then.

I have kept records of the bill also showing the tracking number, if this can help for the report please let me know and I will email it.
