Michael Greaves Rackets & Payment Taken - Neither returned!

Paid 40 to have two rackets restrung with two new grips at the start of June. I received promptly their postage paid bag. Sending then the rackets straight off.

I have received no rackets as of today 25th August. I had even suggested in emails & voice mail messages lately, that I have my rackets back as I had sent them. As I was desperate to get them back - writing the whole experience off as a loss and getting them done elsewhere.

I have had no response, after sending several emails over this time and have also left a few voice mail messages on their 07504702181 number. This number appears always to go to voice mail.

To not even have a reply of any sort, now compels me to now add my story here and advise people to steer clear.

Armed now with all of the information (names & addresses) that I have included, will hopefully lead other people around this 07504702181 voice mail number and be able to make contact directly through a proper landline number, on a name & address look up to help sort other out of pocket and racket stories with this company
