Bought Magazine as Fundraiser & Paid But NEVER RECEIVED MAGAZINE!

On 9/19/09, a young man by the name of Jason Williams (#029) came to our door and asked us to support him by purchasing a magazine subscription.
We chose ESPN for 2 years for $45.00, which we paid with cash. He gave us the carbon copy receipt and left. He noted someone else might come by. If they did, he said to tell them "BUG 077 was here, LEAVE Them BE."
It is now 7/21/10 and we have not seen the first magazine yet. I'm really glad I kept this receipt (#252314) because I would have forgotten all about the incident. I find it interesting that there's no contact phone number!
