In January I sent Ciener several hundred dollars for an order. Its now June and I have nothing. No product, no responses to any of my inquiries, no satisfaction from the BBB, FL Dept of Commerce (who have both given up on trying to work with this crook), or even the Post Office (mail fraud report). I was robbed of hundreds of dollars of hard-earned money by a smug, arrogant piece of garbage named Jonathan A Ciener. The guy refuses to accept credit cards; why? Because once you write a check, you cannot retrieve your money after he steals it. Do not do business with this thief. Now that I know, I can find the horror stories about this clown all over the internet - check them out and most importantly DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY.
