Unathorized charge

After eliminating my account a week ago and producing twice certain I am ready, and there's no hidden termination costs, nowadays (5/17) they cost my bank card complete regular account charge!!! After calling the place I had been informed supervisor simply left and certainly will contact me back, and they cannot find my termination type. All I will do now's phone my lender and also have my bank card plugged. FRAUD! Prevent this gym!
