My experience with Jacqui Adams as a "fitness trainer" was not good. I found that the running clinic lacked direction, lacked instruction of proper movement alignment/stretching and Ms. Adams' communicaiion skills were chaotic and not motivating! If I wasn't aware as to the proper way of stretching and alignment, I am pretty sure that I would somehow injure or hurt myself. This is only my opinion but I feel that she lacks a "well-being" and health in general. I think that Ms. Adams lacks enthusiasm and seems to carry with her this negative energy... That took a while to shake off after spending class with her.
I feel that it is a Rip Off because upon having her as a trainer, I discovered that there is a very large distinction between being a Certified Fitness Trainer and being a Certified Personal Trainer. Jacqui Adams charges $55 an hour for fitness training. To become a Certified Fitness Trainer, one simply completes a short little course that only takes a couple of months to complete. I think charging $55 an hour is a little steep given the serious lack of training and experience that she has.
