Did not refund money on return item/No Customer Service

I purchased a treadmill belt from treadmilldoctor. It didn't fit correctly. Our error - and so I had not a problem with delivering it back inside the thirty days and spending the restocking charge according to their plan. Nevertheless, after I adopted their directions for returning them and named their customer support quantity to get a RMA # which was necessary for all results, I had been on-hold for one hour after going right through an automatic selection. I had been never ready to consult with a live person. Following this, I sent them. No reply. Therefore, I attempted to deliver it back with no RMA#. It had been delivered back in my experience along side a contact saying that it had been being delivered in my experience per their plan because it didn't possess the necessary RMA#. I replied by having an email requesting one. No reply.

And So Iam out a $100. Therefore be it. I am just wishing to save lots of others from having their cash obtained aswell.
