Signature on contract not mine

I've delivered numerous grievances against golds gym to that they haven't answered such as the Minnesota State Attorney Generals office. They've a-12 month agreement declaring it's my trademark and it is not. We've been billed for nearly six months of fees so when we required a duplicate of the contract it required the BBB three trys to obtain a backup of the agreement. All my demands were overlooked. Whenever we eventually got the backup of the contract through BBB we discovered the trademark about the agreement. The signature isn't mine. Not really close. We subsequently got this towards the Minnesota State Attorney Generals office and after 1 1/2 weeks, they've not responded. Think hard before actually calling them cause you will get cheated without actually signing something.
