Hi my name is brenda v apartment,

I delivered a written request for the address found on my contract having a cancelation fee of $50. I've been paying our monthly fee however and that i have already been waiting a nearly to weeks for our cancelation to take effect. Why did they take my money but still bill me. I'm like i might need to take legal action having a attorney. I am hoping you guys aren't scamming those who want to cancel. What's happening? This is actually the address for the cancelation department that's written on my agreement. It says for me to send a written request to end along side my fee of $50. Plus they would send me a letter stating my agreement is cancled. It was the address on my agreement that i delivered my info to and money oder: p.O. Package 1080, norwalk, ca 90651 i've the money oder stub to track our $50 cash order i delivered.
