I also have been shafted by this mob... Spent nearly $1300AUD.
Sent back $750AUD worth "golf" of products and the courier company is having trouble delivering it. After reading the other guys report, maybe i should get it return to sender, at least i will have something to smash against a wall for my money!
Like the other guy, they were so willing to help i even sent an "order" through from my partners email and they emailed back straight away, yet they haven't replied to me for 3 days...
I would not know where to start in trying to get my money back, so please if anyone knows please email me on so i can get in contact with you. Almost worth going over to china and confronting them myself!
