S.com Aka Supremekick Got ripped off when I purchased athletic shoes on line and the product was never sent to me. Consumer rip-off fraud El Monte CA

I found a website that ripoff people by selling air jordan athletic shoes posted by the name of supremekicks.com
At first, it seemes like a legitimate website because of their daily update on their website with customer support info posted on the web, but when I ordered those atheletic shoes, it was never delivered. Their support will try to delay your questions and never e-mail back to you. Also they will try to tell you your shipment was just shipped and it is probably delayed from heavy shipping seasons. Don't believe them.
