Ripoff Makes false claims and promises consumer fraud ripoff Buyer beware! Don't throw away

USSD claims to teach traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Kempo Karate. The promise to teach their students how to defend themselves in a street fight. They clain to be affiliated with the main Shaolin Temple in China. All of the above I have found to be false claims.

I put my son into training at the above mentioned Kung Fu School as the result of their claims. I was paying $170.00 per month for the first 6 months and then $150.00 a month there after.

After 1 1/2 years of training my son had still not been taugh how to block a punch correctly, punch or kick correctly, and was received false and dangerous instruction from the head instructor.

They also were charging $120.00 for a uniform that only costs $30.00 at the martial arts store.

I contacted the Main Shaolin Temple in China, and they told me that they had no affiliation with USSD, that all such claims by USSD were false and untrue. The Rep. From the Temple was very upset by the claims made by USSD. One of the ways USSD pulls off this scame is they take many of their people who are testing for their Black Belt or for a degree in Black to the Temple in China to test. Thus, everyone is fooled into believing they are affiliated. USSD's belt system (Which they added many colors to, so they can charge you for test for the next belt [side note, when you sign up for lessions, they lie and tell you that they don't charge test fees]) is not the same system used by the Temple in China.

For 3 months after the cancellation of my contract with USSD their billing company continued to draw money out of my checking account, and I had to fight with the people of USSD to get me money back every month.

I have over 30 years experience in Martial Arts as a student and practictioner (Kung Fu San Soo and other Arts), never have I witnessed such fraudulent practices.

Buyer beware!!! Don't throw away all the money I did and come away emty handed. My son wasted a year and a half of his time and was not taught a thing about good self defense.
