Charged paypal account next day after order, no receipt of merchandise, no e-mail or phone response

I made an on line purchase of eight packs of zoom fishing worms. The following day my paypal account was charged and an e-mail was sent from paypal. After the amount of time was allowed to receive merchandise I began trying to email the listed contacts for order status or shipping status and even billing questions. I would receive an e-mail back immediately saying my request had been received and they would contact me. I also attempted phone contact which continuously is only answered by a fax machine. Nothing has been received and no one will reply to my requests.
