Screwed

I had been over-charged twice by snap exercise in buffalo, MN. When i named to stop and obtain my cash beck to be overcharged i got screamed at from the operator. Was billed prior to the agreement actually began on the other hand after it had been started i named and sent and he (brad kohler) would not contact me back, I'd move there during his hours published and he'd not be there. I eventually got in touch and he explained "have some fun looking to get anything back haha." I'll never go again or might i actually tell other people to proceed.
