Poor Customer Service

I purchased Norton 360 in regards to a year-ago ($90). It mounted excellent, but wouldn't update. I emailed (and emailed and e-mailed...) requesting aid, however obtained NONE! I did so anything the tech-support men explained to complete, however it nevertheless wouldn't update. I ultimately got it to some skilled and he could have it to function (at one more price of $75). I requested Norton to please increase my membership because it hadn't worked for around six months. The Norton people explained the membership could be expanded, however it was not. I sent, named and published words, and noticed only "please complete this study to price our function because we resolved your condition."

Never, ACTUALLY get Norton. Their customer support SMELLS!
