Buckeye Gameboards
Did not receive boards, or my money back after many promises

I ordered gameboards from Buckeye Gameboards (T J Petrie) on June 3. The money went to TJ Petrie thru Pay Pal on June 3. We did not receive the boards before Fathers day as they had been promised. We contacted him on Tuesday before Fathers day and he said they would be shipped by mid-week. They had not arrived by Saturday, so we called them-TJ said the boards were ready, but had accidentally not been shipped. He sould ship them on Monday. He did not.

He did not respond to e-mails or calls except after I filed a complaint with Pay Pal. He then sent an e-mail stating the boards had been delivered to UPS for delivery and would be sending me the shipping info. They never came! I kept leaving messages and e-mails. He did call and leave me a message that he had been away from the business and that he would refund my money. He said his account at Pay Pal had been hacked, and it would take a week or so to send this.

We then left him a message telling him that if he wanted to make good ont he transaction to send the boards, as we wanted the boards. He told us the boards would ship immediately, but never did. I got an e-mail from TJ on July 16 stating that Pay Pal had ruled in my favor and he would be depositing the money to cover the remainder of the payment. (I was awarded $12.11 from Pay Pal at the time of the ruling) Pay Pal states that is all he had in his account at the time, but would send the rest if he ever deposited any.

I have come to the conclusion that TJ Petrie is a scammer, as I have read another account simular to mine. He didn't give me the reasons for his absence as he did the other person on this report, but he just keeps dragging this along.

Stay away from TJ Petrie and Buckeye Gameboards.!!
