These people are just plain THEIFS! I have a 2007 Ranger that has a defective hull, It was sent back to Ranger Mfg. The Plant to be replaced. Now its been there since January 09. Always some bullshit about why the replacement isn't here yet.

So as of Tuesday the 6-19-09 I have been informed that due to the bankruptcy my boat is no longer under warranty. As well as due to the Bankruptcy my boat will not be replaced. Due to the bankruptcy I will not be returned my existing boat. WTF!

Now I have spent the whole week off work, (losing pay) and speaking to every person possible. This president of Ranger where my DEFECTIVE boat is, Randy Hopper claims my old boat cannot be return due to safety issues, and since the co. Is now under a bankruptcy umbrella they cannot replace it or warranty it. THAT'S BULLSHIT! Man never even said the word SORRY the entire conversation. (if it even was him)

Genmars Irwin Jacobs, said it's not his Responsibility and Hung up the phone. Damn THEIF!

This is just an excuse to steal my boat. Now there is no proof it was built defective if I sue. Ranger is not even the Co. Filing Bankruptcy. This is just a ploy to keep my money (my boats paid for) and keep the boat. Now I'm out $48,000.00 and no way to recoup it.
