I bought Atlanta Braves tickets on stubhub. A discuss the record stated "755 membership moves and platinum parking". Nevertheless, after I saved the seats, no 755 membership moves or platinum parking were incorporated.

I called stubhub and talked with many customer support employees. Their reactions were the same - stubhub isn't accountable for vendor remarks, which stubhub is simply the intermediary.

I'll NEVER use stubhub again. The next time I'll purchase on ebay.
