Who wants to be charged 40.00 for a package that was shipped with 6 pounds of non breakable horse brushes and a saddle pad. The brushes were simply dropped in box and sealed. Now that is customer service for all of us to be proud of.
After several attempts to mediate with the company it was simply "their policy". I made it a point to tell them the policy was not spelled out they refused to respond any longer.
I gave them a critical rating in Ebay feedback.
So maybe enough of us will influence business and get our message across.
