Bad customer service

I've been attempting to place a hang on my account for all weeks; every time they inform me the freeze was set however maintain getting my card!!! After I contact to request WTF - they inform me that "their documents don't display that the hang on the account was required." I've named them, I went there individually, I posted many emails - same tune and party - they maintain getting me!!! Plus, they're USUALLY RUDE! Exactly what a couple of assholes - I really hope they'll obtain a class-action against them quickly!!! Operating their business like this - I really hope people may determine exactly what a couple of assholes they're and place them from company.
