Charged me with no service provided

I couldn't continue with the classes because I had reconstructive knee surgery, at that point i went in and canceled my membership (which was month to month at this point). The two front desk workers assured me that i wasn't going to be charged anymore and to try back when i was healthy again.

Two months later i noticed that i had been charged for two more months (total of 150.00 dollars), upon calling george valdez and leaving several messages, nothing was done. I finally got ahold of George and we came to the agreement that he would give me two months once i got healthy. I called him last night to see if it was ok for me to go down and start training again, at this point he said I had to join and pay for 3 months to get the 2 he had promised me. Didn't want to sit and argue, so i just wished him luck with his business and hung up. Now I'll be taking him to small claims.

Becareful when dealing with him, get everything in writing and make sure you contact the actual company that deals with his contracts when canceling or starting up with him.
