Advertising And Production We have cancelled our order and asked for a refund. Have spoken with at least 6 different individuals

We were approached by TKO Sports Advertising and Production by telephone with an offer to feature our business as one of the exclusive sponsors on the All Sport shirts for boys and girls teams at a local High School. The shirts were to be worn and sold throughout the year at the games to raise money for the teams. According to TKO they would give us a few of the t-shirts for our team and then the remaining t-shirts would be shipped directly to the school before football season began. We always like giving to our community and this appeared to be a good opportunity to do so.

We spent some time creating our ad to go on the back of the shirts and we gave them the ad and our credit card information with the understanding that we would be receiving a proof of the ad before it went to print. The charge hit our account immediately before we had approved any kind of proof or ad work. This made us question the validity of the company and we asked for the name of the contact at the high school that they were working with. The name of the person was contacted by our office and she was unable to verify that the school was working with TKO Sports for any fundraisers. Again we questioned the legitimacy of TKO and called them to cancel our order and demand that they credit our account the amount charged. Please note that everything mentioned above occurred within a 24 hour time frame.

TKO has been contacted numerous times by us requesting a credit back to our account and each time we speak with a different person. We have asked them to give us the name of a contact at the high school who can confirm that TKO is legitimately part of the fundraising program. They have done neither.
