Paid for pool table in full and thye did not delive

This happened to me too, I paid in full for a pool table, over $3000 and was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. That time has come and gone and I have not been able to contact anybody at this company for the last month or so. I don't see how they can get away with this, they need to be held liable.
