Thank you viptickets.com for ruining my b-day

I had tickets to go watch the laker game as a present from my buddy. He bought them online because they were "supposedly" so great a company according to ESPN radio.in any case they sent me an e-mail saying that the order was confirmed and that I would be receiving the tickets within 24 hours... Yea right! They drew the process out for two weeks until finally the day of the game they call me and said "hey is Mr. - there?" I said "no but I can give you his #" and the idiot on the other line says "tell your buddy his tickets got canceled". I asked him why they got canceled and the guys says "look buddy go take your business elsewhere if it bugs you that much." Apparently they just needed to talk to my friend but instead of saying that they decided to be total jerks to me.

I will Never EVER use viptickets.com again.By the way here's the kicker: The price of the tickets went up by gametime so I ended up paying $40.00 more per ticket. These are completely unprofessional and should not even be in business!
