NordicTrac Treadmill
Faulty equipment and false warranty

Bought a Nordictrac treadmill on Dec. 24 being an christmas present. Place it together on Dec 28. It did not work. On Dec. 30 named Image Physical Fitness (producer of NordicTrac). Customer Care stepped me thru many troubleshooting guidelines — nevertheless did not work. So that they stated component is likely to be shipped. Examined mail having said that component on sold-out — no shipping day. Named Symbol Physical Fitness on January 3, Jan 4, Jan 5 and lastly on Jan 6 got an individual. Was informed component continues to be on back order without any concept of when cargo is going to be created. The component needs to be produced and its own originating from China. Was advised they wont protect the guarantee becuz used to donot purchase the treadmill from Nordictrac straight. I purchased from Sears and Image Health & Exercise claims I have to go back again to Sears. No help beyond this. Allows document a-class action suit from the organization so we are able to get our hard earned cash back.
