No ship, no refund, no communication

I bought a product from Characteris Independence on 7/9/08. Following the organization dismissed my emails and speech communications concerning the standing of the purchase along with a feasible reimbursement, I submitted a challenge with PayPal on 7/23. Of the a large number of telephone calls I designed to them, not just one was responded with a human. Several times the voice-mail package was complete and that I was not able to keep a note.

By 12/3, I Have obtained 3 emails from PayPal about impending discounts and all three have failed. This really is because of the firm's account having a zero stability, because any conflicts consider concern over any available resources in a PayPal account. This appears unusual because the firm's site claims that it employs PayPal for online payments. Character's Independence got my cost and not offered any indicator the products might deliver and also have not created any reasonable attempt to deliver a reimbursement in nearly 5 weeks.
