Failure to honor test/return policy

Inability to adhere to its ensure that you return policy for the reason that complete reimbursement for groups I needed to come back wasn't recognized. Balance due me is $133.

Our efforts to acquire Return Authorization Amount were opposed. I had been advised to maintain the groups and complete reimbursement could be given (By George London on 12 Aug 08 / 11:53 AM CDT) $400 was returned. Following telephone calls not responded. E-mails dated 1 Oct 08,1 March 08,23-Oct 08,24 Oct 08,30Oct 08. On 3 November Soldier educated me that the boss might contact me. Received call that week. No-name, no quantity. On 12 Nov 08 I informed Soldier and reiterated my state to get a reimbursement of $133.

Mentioned today with unnamed alleged boss who performed back the Business's placement that I'd decided to the $400 reimbursement. Again, used to do not.
