I registered as a member of Woman of America Gym situated at 87 Ave and 72 St (already closed) on 01/18/01. My American Express settled each month the quantity of $ 21.24.

Once they shut that area I found another area not even close to my house and show them the requirement to stop my agreement, since I want a surgical procedure and certainly will proceed visiting the Gym. I am your physician and everything was established.

They stop sending expenses to my credit auto and so I supose everything was obvious.

But 3 months before (8 years next my consideration was shut) an assortment company was calling me three times each day to my telephone asking me to get a cost greater than $300.00 bucks.

They state that prior characters delivered to my workplace were go back to them.

This obviously ia a rest, since I never obtained any notice, and my workplace is for the reason that area going back 20 years. They just request, Whenever have you been likely to deliver the cash? I told them I've my privileges to determine what's happening with this specific issue, however they are troubling me with that calls, and dont deliver the documents to determine what goes on.

How do I solved this case, to prevent the misuse of the collectiions companies.
