I am just one of the many taken by this fraud. I did not buy a membership or golf package, I just worked hard for a company that did not do the same for me. Not only did I have to lay my workers off (mind you they had not been paid for several weeks) but I was off to get married and spend a few days out of town on my honeymoon, and was told by a person that cleans golf carts at their golf course that I no longer was employed.

Come to find out I have yet to be notified that I no longer have a job. All the information that I have gotten has come 2nd hand from here say. I can read though and see that Kis has went bankrupt. So I can only assume that the $6,000 owed to me from personal expenses and bad checks will never be seen again.

George McGill has proven what type of person he really is. To All that have brought this downfall on, I honestly hope you get everything that you deserve. I am sorry to all that have been hurt by this, financially and emotionally. But you are not alone.

For what it is worth I appoligize on my behalf. I never sold a membership, but I did manage the golf course at Sycamore Valley in Ashland City, TN. I never would have taken the position if I knew how this company ended up treating it's customers and employee's. I know many members personally and hope this does not ruin our personal relationships.

Again, I am sorry to our members who have been hurt by this.
