Order #62675 dated 10-06-08. Not delivered

Placed an order on 10-06-08 #62675. Payed by paypal (have receipt and confirmation that it was payed). Have sent numerous e-mails inquiring about order and have received zero responses Was hoping there was some logical explanation or misdirected freight as company seemed reputable. Tracking the shipment yeilds nothing. The amount was $20.39 so not a big deal but the principle is important to me.
