Buyer beware: Refuse to refund

I'm a new comer to the Rochester region and also have had a account at Exercise 19 for around 6 months. I'm getting courses in the nearby university and discovered my tution addresses the college's entertainment centre. I went into Exercise 19 and talked with Erhan Guler. He was prepared to let me stop my account till he discovered I'd settled entirely. He declined to return any part of the cash I'd compensated even though agreement I'd authorized created no reference to guidelines for all those spending entirely. After I requested for somebody in control (such as the operator) he'd not inform me who which was. Buyer beware. This isn't around I'll document a using the State-Of Michigan
