Warranty and Repair problem

I purchase two ATV from Olson Powersports in March. It was a month after I paid until I received them. It took a call everyday to get anything done. They never answered the phone or email. The first day My 8 year old ATV the clutch went out. We found a local shop after a night mare with Mr. Olson to help find someone to work on it. Mr Olson expects the ATV owner to take the part off if you can figure out what is wrong and send it back. We paid a local shop that does not work on ATV to start with. He said it looks like the clutch. I had it revoved and send to a Place in Houston we were instructed by Mr. Olson after not getting it back for two months. I called Mr. Olson and he called the place in Houston and had them send it back to him. He finally did get one out. After getting it replaced the ATV after a few weeks is broken down and no one knows what to do.

We are not in the repair busines or know where to take it. The last person he would not work on these Chinese made ATV. So this one is setting in the Storage. The other one has been broken down so many times it has been a joke. Mr. Olson tells us to find our own repair center or take the park off and send it back. What is he thinking does he think we should be our own repair center to take care of his warranty problem The rear end went out of the other ATV. We took it to another repair shop in Mustang, Ok. 150 miles from where we live. They took the rear end off and send it back to Mr. Olson in New Braunfels, Texas. After many calls to where is the rear end. Mr. Olson agreed to send a new rear end to us. We marked the rear end that it would show if it was the same rear end we shipped. Mr. Olson after so many calls and emails we did receive after over a month Mr. Olson shipped the same rear end without doing any repair. He told me he watched as they fixed it. What a joke. They never touched the rear end.

The same make we put on the rear end was still on and we can tell it was never touched. I have filed complaints with the FTC, Texas Attorney General and Oklahoma Attorney. I plan on filing with The BBB and all other next week. I am going to contract the FBI and see if he has a problem with interstate sales and taking money across state line by wire transfer. He has agreed to refund the money as soon as I return them. The deal I made him was to have a cashier check ready and I will return them. He has not emailed me. This may be another scam of his to get you to return the ATV and not refund you money. Not playing that game. This has been the biggest mistake purchasing ATV and having no one to repair them. He will tell you they have plenty of repair centers. They do not. Do not believe this guy. He is smooth on the phone and knows how to work you. I will not quit until I get my money refunded or I get damages from him if it takes a lawsuit.
