Took my money but never delivered despite numerous contacts. Virginia

I ordered and paid in full for a complete deck (approx $150) in april in plenty of time for my son's birthday. I sent full shipping costs to the UK.
Board never arrived. Company failed to respond to numerous e-mails or letters that I sent by Airmail. I eventually reclaimed my shipping costs from Paypal but was too late to reclaim for board.

Company eventually contacted me once to say board must have been lost in transit but never answered another e-mail.

Only use this company if you can pay by Paypal and watch the date carefully. The only company I have ever been ripped off by on the net! Rude and uncaring.
