Legion Global almost killed my kid!

I bought a 110cc Pussy Cat atv for my daughter. We picked it up on friday. On saturday, the gas hose disconnected and leaked gas all over the place. It was never clamped! On Monday, the battery died and I had to spend another 40 bucks for a new one. On Wednesday, she was in the back yard riding the atv for 5 minutes... She rode past me yelling It Won't Stop! I grabbed the remote kill switch and pressed it numerous times, it didn't work. I ran after her, watching her ride about 40 mph out of control. She hit a curb and the atv went airborn and threw her off as I watched in fear! If it hadn't been for the slanted curb, she would have been in the hospital that night. Luckily she escaped with a few scrapes! If this company is allowed to sell atvs after I am done, it will be a miracle! I have contacted my state representative, who I know personally, and the BBB. There needs to be strict guidelines on selling these in the US. I will not stop til these people are out of business! Noone has the right to advertise a safe vehicle and they have no idea what is in the box! It is false advertising!!!
