Cancelled but they kept billing

I called LA Exercise to stop my wifes account that choose to go abandoned for quite a while. I had been advised I'd in the future in to the gym to stop. We went towards the gym where we were informed we required an application completed and delivered to their corporate workplace. We were supplied with the shape and account number. Family and friends have explained tales about stopping gyms previously and so I was persistent and delivered the shape towards the handle supplied immediately. Which was Feb. It's today July my spouse claims the gym continues to be receiving people. Affirmed it turns up about the direct money.

I called the gym and talked using the top table who apologized and guaranteed to ring me back soon. She called back within 30 mins.
