After purchasing a replica handgun magazine for an airsoft handgun, my replica was damaged by the magazine bought from this retailer. Despite only being used once for a total of about thirty seconds, with no wear or damage whatsoever, seller refused to refund, despite the damaged caused to my property.instead, I was offered $20 of the $40 paid, and having to pay to ship it back. The repairs for my property amount to $30. No only did the seller initially refuse to refund my money, he also was condescending and rude via email contact. This seller should not be allowed to take advantage of customers. Had I accepted the offer of $20, he would have made a $20 profit off my misfortune, and he would have gone on to make another $40 from another unsuspecting consumer.
