Stemtostern.com took my money but never sent the goods

I ordered a power steering pump from these people on 10/05/07 and paid them by credit card. Total cost of parts and registration 265. I know this may seem small looking at some other complaints but the principle is the same.

I got a reply and an invoice number (125025) but am still waiting for the parts. I have now sent a complaint to the AG in Ohio asking for these people to be prosecuted.

Creeps like this do no good for the vast majority of US companies trying to sell to us here in Europe. I for one will be very slow to deal with the USA again.
