Scooter Depot.Us, allroadsusa, Sunny Sports INC LIED, Sent me a scooter i did not order, put me on hold for 40 minutes, Would not talk to me on phone Sunny Sports INC. 719 Nogales St. City Of Industry, CA 91748 California

I ordered on the internet, a MC_X1506, from ScooterDepot.Us, Paid for with Credit Card, Approved. I received a confrmation# for a 1506 model.
Exactly what i ordered. About 8 days later my scooter arrived, the BOX it was in looked like it had been through a war zone. I pointed that out to the
driver, and he said it does look bad, but they have a steel rack protecting the scooter, and it will be ok, we opened it up and every thing looked ok, the frame was in tack and the side of the scooter was well protected, and every thing else was doubled wrapped with bubble wrap after he left i opened the frame and started unwraping the scooter, the main plastic front of the scooter was busted, the plastic around the headlight was scared up and scrapped the paint form vibrating against the front wheel it was packed with. The Scooter I ordered was supposed to be completly Assembled, just hook up the Battery, adjust the mirrors put in gas and Drive. I tried to call Albert the person who handled the sale and shipment, the secretary looked around for him and then told me he was late coming in but called and he would be in later to call back. An hour later i called back, he was busy and couldnt talk to me, she asked what the problem was and i explained it to her, she put me on hold for a while and then told me to talk to the parts dept. They told me to take pictures and send them to him. I then noticed the ID plate and it said i received a MC-X1507 model. Then no one would talk to me I Filed a DISPUTE with my CC co. And they assured me they
take care of it, i gave them all my paperwork and am hoping to get this whole thing taken care of. I'll let you know, how i do. I also was put on HOLD for 40 minutes until they closed for the day, and the phone went dead. I called the next day and the customer Service Maneger told me they didnt even sell a 1506 model, 15 days later they changed their add, and of course dropped the 1506, but i have copies of their add's both before and after my purchase.

I believe they are ripping people off on a regular basis. I notified them their scooter is reboxed and ready to be picked up. To be continued!!!
