Ripoff! Moved out of state and cancelation declined

I recently moved over 100 miles from Spokane and they refuse to cancel my account. They claim that I agreed to forfeit my ability to cancel because of a promotion I supposedly agreed to, despite the fact that I carefully read all agreement and made sure that I do not give up any rights.

Stoh's fitness (http://strohssupersportz.com) is acting immorally. They're threatening to damage my credit history and garner my wages! There's no way I can possibly justify driving hours to a Stoh's fitness center when there is a gym across the street from my new place.

Is Stoh's fitness going out of business or something? Why do they need to rip me off?
