This letter is to people know that this company is a fraud they are stealing from innocent people. They can sit there and make all these false reports back on everyone stating they are doing everything they can to get there products and they so helpful to everyone BULL SHIT they are liers, stealers, rude, inconsiderent, loud mouth jerks, that they can't answer a singel question without going into details of anything but everything. If I had a job, where I could sit around and lie to people on the phone then that the job for me but im not that kind of person.

Where is the so called owner of this business doesnt he or she care what is going on there or are they that rich off our money that they dont give a darn. I hope this company is ashamed of themselves for what they have done to all the people out there that have ordered from them and yes i will not stop at nothing to see that this comapny gets what they deserve. If there is actually an owner that checks in with this company maybe he or she should oversee there workers and make sure products and production is working correctly and make sure if the customer wants there money back they get it in a timely manner. And for the person that files the rebuttles to others be a real and leave your name or are you to ashamed of your companys actions
