Lost $1,500 and a promise for 4 machines, never recieved

I paid $1,500 and was appointed the Rep. For the eastern half of N.C. I was promised 4 machines with exclusive rights and territory and that was over 3 years ago. After sending at least 150 emails and threatening to sue I did recieve 1 machine and was told the others were on the way, well I am still waiting for the other ones. Just like David from Raymore, Missouri I am still waiting and I noticed Craig sold the company to somebody who disconnected the phones and will not reply to emails. I just want my machines or my money I invested in it.
