Fraud and Rip off

My daughter went to LA Fitness and looked into a membership. After one of their people forced her to sign some kind of screen so that the trainer could work with her she has been getting money taken out of her bank account. She has attempted to talk with them and they are just rude and nasty to her. She has filed a dispute with her back but the bank, (Wachovia) says the company has proved its case and refuses to look any further. LA Fitness has faked times they say she was in the place. They are just taking advantage of a young girl and not only using shady practices but hurting the credit of a young girl. Stay away form this company!!
